Product Introduction
Core Output: Primarily produces flat, thin ice flakes with a thickness of 1.6mm-2.3mm. The ice is white or semi-transparent, with a low temperature and a dry, loose texture. The ice-making principle involves pouring a water film onto the inner surface of a vertical drum. The water film freezes upon contact with the refrigeration device, becomes brittle after cold treatment, and is then broken into pieces by a stainless steel spiral ice blade before falling into the ice storage bin.
Basic Configuration: Features a modular and compact design, equipped with a stainless steel base and drum cover. The evaporator inner wall can be made of chrome-plated carbon steel or stainless steel. Core components use international standard parts, often equipped with high-efficiency scroll or semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors from well-known brands such as Danfoss and Copeland, as well as air-cooled condensers and heavy-duty reducers. It is compatible with various refrigerants such as R22 and R404A.
Control Method: Supports fully automatic control, enabling one-button start and stop, eliminating the need for frequent manual intervention, and ensuring continuous and stable ice production, suitable for long-term, high-load ice-making needs.
Product Advantages
Efficient Refrigeration and Preservation: The ice flakes have a large contact area with the cooled object and a low temperature, allowing for rapid heat transfer. Whether cooling food ingredients or controlling the temperature of industrial raw materials, it can quickly reach the target temperature. For example, in aquatic product preservation, it can quickly inhibit bacterial growth, and in concrete cooling, it can efficiently control material temperature. The ice is also dry and loose, with good fluidity, making it easy to store and transport.
Durable and Easy to Maintain: Key parts of the machine body are made of high-quality stainless steel such as SUS304 or SUS316L, which is corrosion-resistant and rust-proof. The patented drum design ensures a service life of over 15 years. Furthermore, the components comply with international standards and are readily available on the market, making maintenance and replacement of parts convenient, resulting in a low failure rate.
Outstanding Practical Performance: The compact and reasonable layout occupies a small footprint and is easy to move, making it suitable for various locations such as supermarket corners and processing plant workshops. The ice-making process is continuous, producing ice flakes of uniform thickness and stable output, meeting the needs of large-scale ice consumption. The user-friendly design also combines aesthetics with ease of operation.

Application Scenarios
Food and Aquatic Products Industry: In seafood markets, deep-sea fishing vessels, and aquatic product processing plants, it can be used for on-site preservation, processing cooling, and long-distance refrigerated transport of products such as fish and shrimp; when processing meat, mixing flake ice into the meat during stirring can both cool it down and maintain the freshness of the meat; in the production of bread and other foods, it can be used for rapid cooling during the mixing or creaming stages to prevent premature fermentation of raw materials.
Construction Engineering Field: During large-scale concrete pouring in hot weather, flake ice can effectively control the temperature of the concrete during mixing and transportation, preventing cracks caused by excessive temperature and ensuring the quality of construction.
Other Special Scenarios: In supermarkets, it can be used for the display and preservation of ingredients in fresh food counters, enhancing the visual appeal of the products; in the pharmaceutical industry, it can be used for low-temperature control during the storage and transportation of some medicines and vaccines; in addition, it can also be applied to the supply of raw materials for artificial snowmaking in ski resorts, cooling of chemical reactors, and low-temperature experiments in laboratories.
